Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
The service
Nap.fm is an audio platform: a podcast directory that streams shows from their original publishers, a catalog of public-domain readings, and tools that turn content you submit into audio in your language.
Your content
- Audio you create from your own links, text or files is private to you by default.
- Publish something publicly only if you own the rights or the source is licensed for it. You are responsible for content you make public.
- We may remove content that infringes rights or violates these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
Podcasts in the directory
Third-party podcasts remain the property of their publishers and stream from the publishers' own servers. Rights holders can request removal at support@nap.fm and we will act promptly.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, no scraping at scale.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
